Data we collect

  • Contact details: name, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone number.
  • Order information: items viewed, added to cart, purchased, returned or cancelled.
  • Payment information: processed directly by our secure payment provider; we never see your card numbers.
  • Account information: login details and preferences if you create an account.
  • Communications: the content of your messages to customer service.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, device, browser and pages visited, collected in particular through cookies.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Processing and delivering your orders, handling returns and customer service (performance of contract).
  • Meeting our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
  • Preventing fraud and securing the website (legitimate interest).

Who we share data with

Your data is shared only with the providers we need: Shopify (store hosting), payment providers, carriers and, with your consent, marketing and advertising partners. International transfers

Some data may be transferred outside the European Union, notably to Canada and the United States. These transfers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

  • Customer and order data: for the duration of our relationship, then 3 years for marketing purposes.
  • Accounting records (invoices): 10 years.
  • Cookies: 13 months maximum.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to give instructions about your data after your death. Children

Our store is not intended for children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
