Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, for any reason, in accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

To do so, email us at guinotsofianepro@gmail.com with your name, order number and the items concerned. You may also use the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Service.

Return conditions

Items must be sent back within 14 days of your request, in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping is free: we will provide a return label. Please contact us before sending anything back; parcels returned without a prior request cannot be processed.

Cancellations

You can cancel all or part of your order as long as it has not shipped by emailing guinotsofianepro@gmail.com.

Refunds

We will refund all amounts paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items back or proof that they have been sent. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Exchanges

To exchange an item (for example, for a different size), contact us before sending it back.

Defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. You are always covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
