Shipping area

We currently ship to France only.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery then usually takes 2–5 business days. For pre-order items, the expected shipping date is shown on the product page.

In any case, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after purchase, unless a different date was agreed at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is lost, damaged or significantly delayed, contact us at guinotsofianepro@gmail.com. If the package is visibly damaged, we recommend noting this with the carrier upon delivery.
