Terms of service

1. Seller

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all sales made on the BLED SOCIAL CLUB online store, operated by Sofiane Guinot, sole trader (Entrepreneur individuel – EI), 63 rue des Charmes, 72100 Le Mans, France – SIRET 953 574 118 00014 – Email: guinotsofianepro@gmail.com – Phone: +33 7 82 05 21 16.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to sales made to consumers. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms, which are available on the website at all times and prevail over any other document.

3. Products

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photos are not contractually binding; slight color differences may occur depending on your screen. Offers are valid while stocks last.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Any shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. We may change our prices at any time; products are charged at the price in effect when the order is placed.

5. Orders

The customer selects products, reviews the cart, enters their details, chooses a shipping and payment method, and confirms the order. The sale is concluded once payment is confirmed. An order confirmation is sent by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of an existing dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering, using the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secured by our payment provider; we never have access to your card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery areas, costs and times are set out in our Shipping Policy. If no date is specified, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. In case of delay, the customer may, after a formal notice that remains unanswered, terminate the contract under articles L216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your products to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, by notifying us by email or using the form below. Return and refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. We will refund all amounts paid, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until we receive the products back or proof that they have been sent.

9. Legal warranties

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

You have two years from delivery to claim under the legal guarantee of conformity. During this period, you only need to show that the defect exists, not when it appeared. You are entitled to a repair or replacement within 30 days of your request, free of charge and without major inconvenience. If the product is repaired under this guarantee, the guarantee is extended by six months. You may obtain a price reduction while keeping the product, or terminate the contract and receive a full refund upon return of the product, if we refuse to repair or replace it, if the repair or replacement takes more than 30 days or causes you major inconvenience, or if the defect persists after an unsuccessful attempt to fix it. You are also entitled to an immediate price reduction or termination when the defect is serious enough to justify it, without first requesting a repair or replacement. We may refuse a repair or replacement if it is impossible or involves disproportionate costs. A seller who obstructs the legal guarantee of conformity in bad faith is liable to a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (article L241-5 of the French Consumer Code).

You also benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code) for two years from discovery of the defect, giving you the right to a price reduction if you keep the product, or a full refund upon its return.

10. Personal data

The data we collect is necessary to process your orders. How we use it and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the website (brand, logos, visuals, texts, designs) are the exclusive property of BLED SOCIAL CLUB. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
